Margaretta Young is a leader in her own right. She is currently the President of The Ready For Success Group, Inc. and the Founder of The Ready For Success CDC. The Founder/Executive Director of Women of Strength Resource, Development & Foundation, Inc. The Chief Executive Officer of Garden of Eden Creations International and of Expressions of The Heart Publications.

She also formerly served on The Advisory Board of Directors for Black Women’s Breast Feeding Alliance, Project Beautiful, Inc. and Italian American Civil Rights League. She is the former President of The Business and Professional Women for The Gold Coast District of The Church of God in Christ and a dedicated Learning Leader. Margaretta is also a contracted vendor for The New York City Board of Education and The New York City Human Resources Administration.

Margaretta is presently The Founder of Fountain of Hope Life Center Ministries, Inc. and an Ordained Elder at Inspired Life Church. She is A Certified Career and Life Coach, A Community Activist, A Mentor/Business Consultant, A Professional & Project Developer, An Grant Writer, An Educator, A Motivational Speaker, A Psalmist, A Poet, An Author and A Host on a weekly radio show, Ready For Success and Women of Strength.

Margaretta has conducted many parental workshops, business conferences and grant writing seminars. She has carried her inspirational messages of hope around the city and has spoken on platforms of over 5,000 community leaders. She has also written curriculums, for women, children and at-risk youth as well as the Ready for Success after School program and the Ready for Success Summer Day Camp Program.

Thus far Margaretta has worked with over 300 clients, developed over 175 non-profit organizations, 15 new organizations, coordinated over 100 special events and has awarded employment opportunities to over 35 employees. Margaretta has received a Proclamation from The Brooklyn Borough President’s Office, Marty Markowitz, a Citation from The State Senator, John Sampson a Citation from Council Woman, Tracey Boyland an Award from the Superintendants Administration of Schools from District 23 Schools as well as Learning Leader and Parent Development Awards.

Margaretta has made appearances on CFC Radio covering the Tri-State Area, Live with Kim Internet Radio, Morning Glory International Voices of Hope, Occupy until I come, Brooklyn Cable Access Television, Wake Up Call Network and Your Voice our Praise, an International Cable Network. She has also been featured in The Caribbean Life Newspaper and The Canarsie Courier.

She is a dedicated wife to Donald Young for 29 years, a loving mother of three, Anthony, Octavia and Donald Jr. and a proud grandmother of two grandsons, Kerry and Amari. Margaretta’s mission is to develop economic opportunities throughout communities that will build wealth, stimulate the economic growth and development of this economy, create job opportunities and form strategic partnerships & resources that will improve the quality of life for present future generation to come.
